BLITZINbikes Warranty

BLITZINbikes are built tough, are extremely reliable and industry proven.

However, should you encounter any problems with your BLITZINbike, our warranty policy is as follows;

Warranty Periods:

  • 5 Years on frames
  • 12 Months electrical components (excluding main battery)
  • 18 Months on main battery

What's covered:

  • Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure
  • Proof of purchase is required

What's not covered:

  • Products altered from it's original specification list
  • Claims outside warranty periods
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly
  • Damage or failure due to misuse 
  • Damage or failure due to lack of maintenance.
  • General wear and tear

What is the process?

  1. Contact a helpful BLITZINbikes team member via our contacts page and we will make an initial assessment in collaboration with yourself.
  2. If a warrantable fault is established we will send a replacement part  ALTERNATIVELY
  3. We will make arrangements for your BLITZINbike to be returned to us.

-Warranty is valid in Australia only.
