BLITZINbikes are built tough, are extremely reliable and industry proven.
However, should you encounter any problems with your BLITZINbike, our warranty policy is as follows;
Warranty Periods:

5 Years on frames
-
12 Months electrical components (excluding main battery)

18 Months on main battery
What's covered:
- Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure
- Proof of purchase is required
What's not covered:
- Products altered from it's original specification list
- Claims outside warranty periods
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly
- Damage or failure due to misuse
- Damage or failure due to lack of maintenance.
- General wear and tear
What is the process?
- Contact a helpful BLITZINbikes team member via our contacts page and we will make an initial assessment in collaboration with yourself.
- If a warrantable fault is established we will send a replacement part ALTERNATIVELY
- We will make arrangements for your BLITZINbike to be returned to us.
