Shipping & Delivery

  • National Shipping: $150 AUD / per e-bike
  • NT, WA, and TAS: $300 AUD / per e-bike

*Some remote, regional locations may be subject to additional freight charges. Should this be the case, we will contact you before we ship your new e-bike to confirm you wish to continue with your purchase. Alternatively, feel free to contact us to enquire in advance. *

 

Delivery Timeframes

Most customers receive their bike within one week of dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of purchase.
  • Custom paint colours on sidecars will take longer before dispatch.

 

Returns & Refunds

At BLITZINbikes, we know you’ll love your new e-bike.

However, if for any reason you don’t, you can return it, and we’ll refund your money. That’s how confident we are in the quality of our bikes.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your e-bike to request a return.

To be eligible, your e-bike must:
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Have no more than 30 km on the odometer
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Conditions:
• Customer is responsible for return freight
• Any damage to the bike will be deducted from the refund
• A 10% restocking fee applies
• Returned e-bikes must meet the above odometer and condition requirements

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your bike.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your e-bike is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right for you.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different model or colour, the fastest option is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the bike you want.
