Welcome to BLITZINbikes! By accessing or purchasing from blitzinbikes.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General
These Terms govern your use of our Site and the purchase of any products. By visiting or shopping with BLITZINbikes, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Availability
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our bikes and accessories. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen and production variations.

Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our online store.

Payments are securely processed via approved third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip). BLITZINbikes does not store your payment details.

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you’ve received an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. BLITZINbikes is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ride. If you’re not satisfied, our Shipping and Returns page has more information about your options.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the timeframe outlined in our policy.

6. Warranties
BLITZINbikes products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

In addition to your statutory rights, BLITZINbikes offers a manufacturer’s warranty on selected products. Details of warranty coverage are provided with each product.

Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Use of E-Bikes
Riders are responsible for ensuring they use BLITZINbikes products in compliance with local road rules and e-bike regulations.

BLITZINbikes is not liable for fines, penalties, or accidents arising from unlawful or unsafe riding practices.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLITZINbikes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods, supply of equivalent goods, or refund of the purchase price.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on blitzinbikes.com, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of BLITZINbikes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
