What Warranty do BlitzInBikes come with?
Warranty Periods:
- 5 years on frames
- 24 months on all our electrical components
What’s covered:
- Manufacturer’s faults, defects and/or failure
- Proof of purchase is required
What’s not covered:
- Products altered from its original specification list
- Claims outside warranty periods
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly
- Damage or failure due to misuse
- Damage or failure due to lack of maintenance
- General wear and tear
What is the process:
- Contact a helpful BLITZINbikes team member via our contacts page and we will make an initial assessment in collaboration with yourself.
- If a warrantable fault is established, we will send a replacement part, ALTERNATIVELY we will make arrangements for your BLITZINbike to be returned to us or repaired locally.
- Warranty is valid in Australia only.
