What is your return policy if I change my mind?

At BLITZINbikes, we know you’ll love your new e-bike.

However, if for any reason you don’t, you can return it, and we’ll refund your money. That’s how confident we are in the quality of our bikes.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your e-bike to request a return.

To be eligible, your e-bike must:
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Have no more than 30 km on the odometer
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Conditions:
• Customer is responsible for return freight
• Any damage to the bike will be deducted from the refund
• A 10% restocking fee applies
• Returned e-bikes must meet the above odometer and condition requirements

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your bike.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your e-bike is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right for you.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different model or colour, the fastest option is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the bike you want.
 

How long will it take to process a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
